Simple shipping that rewards multi-pack orders.
Gator Eyes are inexpensive and compact, but shipping a single package is not. Our shipping structure keeps one- to three-pack orders predictable and makes four or more retail packs the free-shipping threshold.
Shipping
Free standard shipping once the cart reaches four total retail packs.
Two utility packs plus two Game Tracking Kits counts as four retail packs.
Named bundles already carry their underlying retail-pack count. For example, the Everywhere Pack contains four utility 5-packs and therefore qualifies for free standard shipping by itself. The Season Pack contains four Game Tracking Kits and does the same.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Tracking information will be sent when the order ships.
Returns
To request a return, contact Gator Eyes with your order number and the reason for the request before sending anything back. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your Gator Eyes order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with the order number and details so we can review it and help make it right.
Used lights
Used-up Gator Eyes are not a return issue. They are battery-containing devices. See the recycling guide for responsible end-of-life handling.
